Be sure to put ART ORDER in the subject line so that I can sort out your message in the spam filter. Please indicate the title of the painting. If it is a special order, indicate as many details as possible. We will discuss the project further through email and by phone if necessary.

Payment is by check or money order made out to debbi Weitzell. Shipping charges will be figured by the size of the painting. I will give you the final figure by email before you write the check.

Checks must be received and verified before artwork is mailed. Paintings will be sent insured, and I will package them securely. (I've shipped to England without a problem.)

Return Policy

Of course, if you don't like your painting, you are entitled to a full refund.

If an item arrives at your door damaged, this must be documented immediately with both the delivery service and with me (by an emailed photo). I will also document the condition of the package when it was sent. In most cases, the delivery service will assume the responsibility for damage and reimburse you.

If for any reason you find you do not like what you ordered, you may return it for a full refund. However, you are responsible for return postage and packaging. If the painting is damaged in transit back to me due to inadequate packing, you are responsibleto pay for the item at full price. (If the carrier is at fault, that company will be responsible to pay damages.)
